Web Portal

 

Login: Create Account

  1. Click I'm New. I need to Create an Account.
  2. Enter email, confirm email, password and confirm password.
  3. Select a reminder question to be used if the password is forgotten.
  4. Enter the answer to the reminder question.
  5. Enter your account number and an invoice number and invoice amount from your account.
  6. Click Register.
  • The information will be validated and a login will be created along with an email sent confirming the account setup.

 

Login: Existing Account

  1. Enter the email address and password for your existing Web Portal Account.
  1. Click Login.
  • If there are multiple accounts for this login, you will be directed to Account Selection.
  • Following Login, you will be directed to My Account page.

 

Reset Password

  1. Click I've forgotten my Password.
  2. Enter your email address and click Reset.
  3. Answer the security question to proceed.Closed
  • An email will be sent with a new password and link to login again with the new password.
  • After logging in with the new password, you can go to My Profile in the top right corner to change your password.Closed

 

My Account

View your Account Details, Billing Information, Service Information, Announcements, Balance and Last Payment.

Customer Information: Your account number, phone, address.

Account Information: Your Last Payment & Date, Current Balance and the option to Pay My Current Balance.

Pay My Current Balance: Pays all open balances for your account and applies any fee's to the existing card on file or a new payment method.Closed

Announcements: Displays informative announcements published by the container company for you to view.Closed

Services:View your active and/or closed services, order temporary service for a new location or order a temp service for the selected location.Closed Jump to My Service Page for more.

Disposal Tickets: View your disposal tickets for the last 12 months.Closed

Work Orders: View and/or print your open and finished work orders for active and closed locations.Closed

Invoices:View your account aging, on account balance, make payments and /or print invoices.Closed

Statements: Generate a statement of your outstanding invoices by statement date.Closed

My Profile: Add additional accounts to your profile, manage password/email/security reminder, contact information.Closed

Account: Click the account at the top of the screen to be directed to Account Selection when multiple accounts exist for your login.Closed

 

My Service Page

Functions can be performed to order temp service to an existing or new site and create work orders for a regular pick up.

 

Existing Account: Order Temp Service For New Location

Place a temporary service order for a location different than the service account.

  1. Click Order Temp Service For New Location.
  2. Enter Temp Service Site Address.
  3. Click Get Started.
  • Container Pricing may be different based on site address location.
  1. Select the Container Type and Size.
  • Filter By container type and size.
  1. Available containers will display image(s), description, availability, starting price, additional costs.Closed
  2. Click Detail to proceed to a Web Order.
  1. Select Drop Off and Pickup Dates from the calendar. Closed
  • Available dates will display in black. If the date is grayed out, that date is unavailable and cannot be selected.
  • Verify available action and material. Change as needed from the drop down.
  • Review Payment Summary: Base, Extra Days Usage, Taxes and Total.
  1. Click Checkout to enter payment information if required.Closed
  • Otherwise, the charges will be generated on the next invoice.
  • Checkout will be denied if credit limit has been exceeded.
  • Upon transaction completion, service calls and work orders for the new service will be created.

 

Existing Account: Order Temp Service For This Location

  1. Click Order Temp Service For This Location.
  • Pricing will be applied based on the current location address.
  1. Select the container type and size.
  • Filter By container type and size.
  • Available containers will display image(s), description, availability, starting price, additional costs.Closed
  1. Click Detail to proceed to a Web Order.
  1. Select Drop Off and Pickup Dates from the calendar.

  • Verify action and material. Change as needed from the drop down.
  • Review Payment Summary: Base, Extra Days Usage, Taxes and Total.
  1. Click Checkout to enter payment information if required. Closed
  • Otherwise, the charges will be generated on the next invoice.
  • Checkout will be denied if credit limit has been exceeded.
  1. Enter optional additional notes for the work order in Driver Instructions.Closed
  1. Accept Term of Use, if prompted. Clicking on Terms will open a legal text window. Closed

 

  • The window will present Order Received.Closed
  • An email with the online bin order receipt will be sent out to the email address provided.
  • Upon transaction completion, an service calls and work orders for the new service will be created.
  • The receipt page will be shown if the credit card is charged successfully.Closed

 

Order Temp Service Without Account

  1. Click Temp Service Without Account.
  2. Enter Temp Service Site Address.Closed
  3. Click Get Started.
  4. All available containers will be shown.
  • Container prices are based on the site address location.
  • Filter By Container Type and Container Size.Closed
  1. Click Detail to select.
  1. Select Drop Off and Pick Up Dates from the calendar.Closed
  • Verify action and material. Change as needed from the drop down.
  • Review Payment Summary: Base, Extra Days Usage, Taxes and Total.

Pay My Current Balance

From the My Account page, view your last payment amount & date, view current balance and pay current balance.

  1. Click Pay My Current Balance.
  • Window will display the amount You're about to pay, credit card processing fee (if applicable), paid to customer account, invoices and amounts.Closed
  • If an active card is on file, the default will set to Use My Existing Card. Select New Payment Method to enter another card.
  • One Time Pay will be set as default. Click Auto Pay to setup an auto pay schedule.
  1. Click Pay button to pay the balance amount.Closed
  2. Upon a successful credit card transaction, you will receive a Payment Receipt.Closed
  3. Select an option at the bottom of the Payment Receipt; Return to My Account, Print This Pay or Pay Another Invoice.

 

Web Service Charge Calculations

 

Base Charge: Will be the charge of delivery and pickup work orders.

 

Demurrage Charge: The number of days in the date range in excess of the days included in the base charge.

 

Surcharge: Any associated service and/or disposal surcharge fee's applicable to the order.

 

Tax: Associated delivery, pickup and/or material taxes applicable to the order.

 

Credit Card Processing Fee: A percentage designated by the container company X the charge total; if applicable to your account.
